Thanks for sharing this. I agree that this adds important context. I still find it very surprising that he adopts such a position of nonchalance. While he indeed seems to appreciate a bit clearer now that it very much matters where (ie whether at or ) funds were kept, he seems to have difficulties accepting the misappropriating of customer funds as fraud. Whether the administrator is able to recover meaningful amounts does not change the crime.
