The Brothers Karamazov has been on my TBR for ages. Now that I have a copy (and now that it's a goal of mine to read at least one "classic" per year), perhaps I'll read it!

So I'm reading Everything is Tuberculosis by John Green. It is as thoroughly disturbing and mortifying as you might think it would be, but it is also beautiful and profound and very much worth reading.
The author has an incredible way of weaving narrative that unfolds deep cuts of history and science that is quite captivating, compelling, and ultimately enlightening.
Did you know that the "Cowboy Hat" Stetson was invented at least in part due to tuberculosis
I'm only about halfway through but I would still heartily recommend this book to anyone. It's NOT a feel good happy read however, so you should definitely be prepared.

The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgenson
It wasnt so much a plot twist than a plot strangling of any semblance of a story.

That would be "The Guns of Navarone" by Alistair Maclean. It used to be one of my favorite books in high school simply because the MC (Captain Mallory) is a mountaineer and I was really into that at that time. The dry sense of humor of Miller is hilarious. And the overall sense of camaraderie is done so well in the context of an out-and-out thriller. I must have read that book dozens to times.

I've re-read the books in Ali Smith's Seasonal Quartet series (Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer) multiple times. Smith connects characters' storylines and relationships, focus on various artists, and commentary on the current state of the world with witty wordplay. Each book can be read independently of the others but I truly enjoyed seeing how they fit together.

Probably the best piece I've written. It's sharp, clear, honest and will resonate with many, many people, especially women.
