Auf der Rckseite jedes nummerierten Exemplars ist ein Apfelkern aus dem Garten meiner Grossmutter aufgeklebt. Die Kerne sind bereits berwintert und pflanzbereit. Die namenlose, alte Sorte mag feuchte, sandige Erde. Auf der Vorderseite haben die von Hand gebundenen Bcher eine jeweils unterschiedliche Fotografie als Titelschild.
Zum Durchblttern findet sich ein Exemplar in der grafischen Sammlung der Schweizerischen Nationalbibliothek zur Ausleihe.

Its actually a supersmall book from takemoto, where in short essays of 3 to 5 pages he talks about his opinions or experiences with various topics surrounding the maiden lifestyle.
The essays were written in 2005 as a series in the magazine zipper. He tells stories about various brands (like candy stripper, MILK, vivienne westwood, comme des garcons, ) or subcultures (punk, gothic, rococo, ) who were famous / dominant in during the time the essays were written. Also he added some stories about harajuku to the book.

It is a great scifi book. I think Simmons was a teacher for very smart kids or sth like this, ie probably not poor..

Just picked up my book preorders from my friendly local indie bookstore. The convenience of Amazon ordering is only that. Convenience. Becoming a regular at a bookstore is wonderful. That personal connection and community. Im so glad I took the leap.

Ob die Welt noch zu retten ist, steht in den Sternen. So manches Mal mchte man doch die Hoffnung verlieren. Wie einfach ist doch manchmal wre zeigen die Karten in diesem Buch.
Wie gewohnt hat Katapult berschaubar mit Karten und Grafiken ein Buch herausgebracht, dass uns mit wenig Text und groer Wirkung zeigt, wie einfach es eigentlich wre, wenn wir Menschen nicht so dumm wren. Dabei bekommen wir zum Beispiel Informationen darber, wie wir Deutsche unsere Umweltqualitt einschtzen, wie hoch der jhrliche CO2 Aussto nach Lndern und wie hoch die Feinstaubbelastung in Europa ist und wie Portland einen Weg zur Fahrradstadt fand.
Das ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt dessen, was euch in diesem Buch erwartet. Ich schaffe es ja regelmig eins dieser Karten Bcher an einem Abend durchzulesen. Ich stoe dabei immer wieder auf Dinge, die ich nicht wusste oder die mich in Erstaunen versetzen. Wisst ihr was Auberginen mit Zigaretten gemeinsam haben Oder welche Recyclingquote einzelne Staaten haben Sehr interessant, es lohnt sich wirklich, diese Bcher einziehen zu lassen und als Geschenk sind sie prima geeignet.
